SAT costs $60--Ask a counselor if you're eligible for a fee waiver.
You can also go to www.collegeboard.org for other testing dates/sites.
Registration Helpful Info:
- If this is your first time registering for the SAT® you need to create a username and password. WRITE YOUR USERNAME AND PASSWORD DOWN AND PUT IT IN A SAFE PLACE. YOU WILL NEED IT IN THE FUTURE TO RETRIEVE YOUR TEST SCORES.
 - Homer-Center's School Code is 391805.
 - Register for the SAT® REASONING TEST. This is the general SAT® test.
 - You may send your scores to up to 4 colleges or Universities. This is included in the test fee. You should send your scores to any school you think you may be applying to. Colleges will not accept SAT® scores from the High School. If you have to send additional score reports after you have taken the test, it will cost extra per score report.
 - Print your test admission ticket and keep it in a safe place. You will need to take this with you on test day!
 - You also need a photo ID. If you do not have one, bring a head and shoulders picture to the guidance office and we can make you one.
 - If you have an IEP, please stop in to see a counselor to find out if you are eligible for accommodations.
 
******New SAT® Test Security Regulations
SAT® has recently launched some new test security measures as follows:

- All test takers are required to have a printed admission ticket in order to be admitted to the testing site on test day (this means that students will need to complete the online registration and print out a test ticket prior to taking the SAT®). Information regarding registering for the SAT® online is available in the Guidance Office.
 - All test takers are required to have a valid photo ID (see below for more information).
 - There will be no longer be any “standby” testing offered – all test takers must be pre-registered and have an admission ticket as stated above.
 - There will be no changes to the testing site or test type (SAT® Subject Test vs. SAT® Reasoning Test) on test day.
 
Test Accommodations:
- Students who wish to receive accommodations on the SAT® (such as extra time, modified testing environment, etc.) should see Mrs. Curci for more information.
